To encourage and promote citizen centric delivery of services and disposal of matters by way of monitoring and evaluating progress made on implementation of various Land Reform Measures within the framework of existing Rules and Policies by District Authorities through a committed and motivated workforce.

• To remove impediments upon agricultural production that arises from the character of the agrarian structure.
• To create condition for evolving as speedily as possible, an agrarian economy with the highest level of efficiency and productivity.
• To improve the Socio-economic conditions of the indigenous landless agricultural workers and tenants, and to encourage and promote co-operative organizations for agriculture.
